ActionView::Template::Error (index.css не компилируется) Rails 3

Я пытаюсь запустить свое приложение с рельсами 3.2.9 вместе с пассажиром и получаю следующее сообщение об ошибке:

И не запустить.. Я пытаюсь изменить config.serve_static_assets = false на true, config.assets.compile = false на true.. rake assets:clean RAILS_ENV=production и ничего.. rake assets:precompile ничего.. я не знаю, что делать.

Вам следует немедленно обновить приложение до 3.2.11. Обновления не содержат ничего, кроме нескольких чрезвычайно важных исправлений безопасности. weblog.rubyonrails.org   -  person deefour    schedule 16.01.2013

Добавьте эту строку в файл config/application.rb:

config.assets.precompile += ['index.css']

Если вы работаете на heroku, heroku хочет, чтобы config.assets.initialize_on_precompile было ложным, что, например, позаботится о компиляции ресурсов включенных драгоценных камней. Что решило эту проблему для меня, так это включение компиляции user-env, запустив:

 heroku labs:enable user-env-compile -a <application-name>

и установка config.assets.initialize_on_precompile на true в config/application.rb.

Надеюсь, это поможет кому-то.
