Потому что значения нет в self.lastLocation.coordinate.latitude. Проверьте, получаете ли вы какое-либо местоположение или нет.   -  person Dharmesh Kheni    schedule 16.07.2015

эта переменная равна нулю

self.lastLocation

вы должны вызвать эту функцию

func locationManager (manager: CLLocationManager!, didUpdateLocations locations:[AnyObject]!) 

чтобы инициализировать lastLocation где-то. Так что это не будет нулевым

или вы можете изменить

var lastLocation: CLLocation! = nil

к этому

var lastLocation: CLLocation? = nil

поэтому при запуске этого кода

newManagedObject.latitude = self.lastLocation?.coordinate.latitude

он пропустит эту строку, потому что self.lastLocation имеет значение null вместо отображения ошибки EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION

Приложение запускается, но я не получил местоположение ... когда я нажимаю кнопку +, он закрывается и выдает эту ошибку ... Я сделал то, что вы мне сказали ... но у меня все еще есть проблема ... на данный момент другой один... Я изменил эту строку на var lastLocation: CLLocation? = nil и этот для newManagedObject.latitude = self.lastLocation?.coordinate.latitude, и я получил эту ошибку: значение необязательного типа «CLLocationDegrees?» не развернуто, вы хотели использовать '!' или '?'?
