ошибка ld при компиляции caffe: libpng и libgfortran не найдены, общие библиотеки

Я пытаюсь скомпилировать caffe на Ubuntu 14.04 LTS с Anaconda, в режиме только для процессора и с OpenBLAS. К сожалению, я получаю ошибку ld.

Я следовал инструкциям, добавлял зависимости, которых не было в Anaconda, и соответствующим образом корректировал Makefile.config, особенно включая путь к Anaconda. Когда я делаю make all, я получаю сообщение об ошибке, которое вы видите ниже (я также включил Makefile.config), хотя два файла, которые не были найдены, находятся в папке anaconda/lib и в соответствующих папках pkgs как общие библиотеки.

Хорошо, похоже, я смог решить это сам. Я не знаю, хорошее ли это решение, поэтому я ценю любые комментарии: в папке /etc/ld.so.conf.d я создал файл fooLibrary.conf. Этот файл содержит только полный путь к папке lib Anaconda. После sudo ldconfig ld смог найти соответствующие пакеты. Закончив, я снова удалил файл, но сомневаюсь, что проблема окончательно решена. Поэтому я буду рад комментариям или лучшим решениям.
