Не удается найти библиотеку poco, однако она находится в "/work/ROS2_Bouncy/ros2_ws/install/poco_vendor/lib/libPocoFoundation.so.50
" и правильно кросс-компилирована:

Интересно, где я могу изменить скрипт CMake, чтобы указать путь к сторонним библиотекам. Я пытался указать путь к Poco вручную, но это не сработало:

не ваш случай, вам нужно следовать рекомендациям компоновщика - используйте опцию-rpath
