Ну после просмотра я понял две вещи
1: ошибка исходила от wp-load.php
2: как я и думал, это произошло из-за того, что файл принимал текущий URL-адрес в качестве URL-адреса базы данных
так что исправлено это делать
Перейдите в > wp-includes/ms-load.php
Найдите функцию ms_load_current_site_and_network() и сразу после запуска функции установите переменную $path на свой URL таким образом.
так как моя установка wordpress была локальной
мой URL был localhost/wordpress
система уже получает «localhost», остальная часть моего URL-адреса «wordpress»
поэтому путь должен содержать «wordpress»
