C # wpf Как найти элемент управления по имени?

Мне нужно найти элемент управления просто по имени в wpf. Я нашел этот код, но в этом коде я должен указать тип управления. Как я могу улучшить этот код для поиска каждого типа элемента по имени или есть ли какой-либо код, который мне нужен? Спасибо
