Я подозреваю, что heroku может быть связан с тем фактом, что проверка мастера выдает следующую ошибку, но я понятия не имею, почему мастер не думает, что в Procfile определены какие-либо процессы, когда у меня есть точная строка, которую я должен получить из учебника .

Любые указатели на то, где проверить дальше, будут оценены. Я работал над другим приложением Django Heroku несколько месяцев назад, но тогда не сталкивался с этими проблемами.
Вывод журналов heroku также менее чем полезен.
