Ошибка получения RMSE и R2 после обучения модели на тестовом наборе

У меня есть тренировочные данные (train.dat) и тестовые данные (test.dat). Я хотел бы запустить свою модель LASSO на тестовых данных после обучения ее на данных обучения, которые, похоже, прошли нормально.

Оттуда я хотел бы получить RMSE и R2, чтобы наблюдать за прогностической точностью модели. Однако я получаю ошибки: Ошибка в pred - obs : нечисловой аргумент бинарного оператора (для RMSE) и Ошибка в complete.cases(pred): не все аргументы имеют одинаковые длина R2.

Вы сделали одну ошибку при вызове функций R2 и RMSE. Вы можете использовать следующий код в дополнение к предложению @Bastien Ducreux.

lasso.pred <- predict(lasso.fit2, newdata = test.dat, na.action = na.pass, type="raw")

RMSE(lasso.pred, test.dat$Lifeexp)
R2(lasso.pred, test.dat$Lifeexp)

В своем вопросе вы называли саму модель (lasso.fit2). Вот почему вы получали следующую ошибку
